Mrs. Paru Jaykrishna hails from an industrial family of Jaykrishna Harivallabhdas – A very well known Industrialist of Gujarat. Jaykrishana started the business empire under the name of `SHRI AMBICA GROUP’, consisted of 5 Textile Mills, Steel Tube Plant, Phthalic manufacturing facility and Chemical auxiliaries. Jaykrishna Harivallabhdas was legend and a fowerig figure being a mayor of the city for 8 years and headed many institutes and organizations, also founder Chairman of GSFC for 23 years and founder Chairman of GNFC for 9 years.

Dynamic and enthusiastic Mrs. Paru Jaykrishna with great entrepreneurial aspirations and talents independently penetrated in the travel field, where she represented Japan Air Lines for 7 years and Trans World Air Lines for 8 years as GSA for Gujarat State. Currently she is still running Skyjet Aviation Pvt. Ltd. an IATA approved travel agency.

On tasting success, she decided to enter the more challenging field of Chemical manufacturing in the year 1991. Which has grown into a growing and successful Chemical Manufacturing and Exports Business of Pigments and Dye intermediate? She has received the award for outstanding business performance for 2000-2001 from GCCI and award from Gujarat Government for 1999-2000, 2000-2001, 2001-2002 for 3 consecutive years for the best women entrepreneur in Gujarat State. She is also an active elected lady Executive member of the GCCI on its executive committee and has been the Chairperson of the GCCI’s Industry committee for 3 years.

Mrs. Jaykrishna is well supported by her Sons Gokul Jaykrishna and Munjal Jaykrishna, with their graduation study from Lehigh University, USA with degrees in Finance and Marketing. They have also adopted Technical Knowledge very well. Group has achieved many export and excellence awards during last 10 years and slowly with the expected group turnover crossing Rs.100 CR in year 2006-2007.

 

ASAHI Green

In the year 1992 Mrs. Jaykrishna decided to diversify into the field of pigments and as result a new company was formed by the name of Asahi Dyechem Pvt. Ltd. to manufacture Pigment Green – 7.

In the year 1996-97 Songwon Colors of South Korea decided to enter into a joint venture with Asahi Dyechem with financial investment and technological collaboration and company’s name was changed to Asahi Songwon Colors Ltd.

Asahi Songwon established manufacturing facility for Pigment Green 7 capacity of 600 MT. Then, after getting good international market, the capacity has been increased to 1200 MT/Annum.

ASAHI Blue Crude

In 2005, Asahi Songwon Colors Ltd. Started manufacturing CPC Blue Crude 5N with the technology of
Clariant Songwon Colors of South Korea. The company aim to become a quality product supplier in the international market. From existing capacity of 4000 MT/A, very soon company is planning to double the Blue Crude capacity. The company also intends to diversify in to allied products.
